When ordering please remember that UPS only offers pick-up services Monday through Friday. However, UPS does offer a Saturday delivery for an additional fee of $10. With the Saturday delivery option, the package must go next day according to UPS regulations.

Shipping Costs

Please note that when packages are shipped by ground services, rates are figured by actual weight. However, when packages are shipped by air services, such as next, 2nd and 3rd day, rates are figured by the package’s total dimension.

When will basket arrive?

We ship from Lubbock, TX via UPS. Arrival times vary depending on the gift’s delivery method and destination.

For UPS Ground, please allow approximately:

4-5 Business Days for East and West Coast Deliveries
2-3 Business Days for Midwest Deliveries
1-2 Business Days For Texas Deliveries

For UPS Air, delivery times are indicated below:

UPS 3 Day 3 Business Days, M-F Only, Not Including Ship Date
UPS 2 Day 2 Business Days, M-F Only, Not Including Ship Date
UPS Next Day Arrives Following Business Day

Damaged Packages

Insurance

Yes! Insurance is automatic with package value up to $100. As value increases in increments of $100, insurance increases.
